Labor Policy:

  • The Company does not use forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor, slave labor, or human trafficking

  • Our company does not use child labor under the age of 15 at any stage of production. For minors under the age of 18, appropriate work arrangements should be made and the relevant laws and regulations should be followed.
  • Our company’s working and rest hours comply with the Labor Standards Act
  • The salary and benefits paid by the company to employees comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  1. All arrangements regarding employees’ labor are in compliance with legal regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibiting physical punishment, physical or mental abuse, coercion, intimidation, verbal violence, or any other illegal forced labor practices such as withholding identification documents.
  2. We ensure that employees’ daily and weekly work hours, limits on overtime, regular and special holidays, and other related provisions comply with legal standards.
  3. The wages paid to employees fully comply with wage-related laws, including regulations on minimum wages and overtime pay, ensuring fair compensation.

Expression and Participation

  1. We respect the human rights of employees and uphold their right to organize unions and engage in collective bargaining.
  2. Regular labor-management meetings are held to promote a harmonious working environment between labor and management.

Health and Safety Workplace

  • In addition to providing a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with legal regulations, we collaborate with health service organizations to offer monthly on-site services. Professional doctors and nurses track the physical and mental health of employees. Regular safety, health, and fire safety training are conducted, and necessary preventive measures are taken to minimize occupational hazards and reduce risks in the workplace.

Grievance System

  1. To ensure fair handling of employee grievance cases, we have established clear and accessible grievance channels. The management department serves as the grievance management unit, ensuring that employee concerns are effectively communicated. Employees facing issues within the company can submit their complaints through the company’s grievance channels to the relevant supervisors or management units.
  2. To promote gender equality and provide a workplace and service environment free from sexual harassment, we have set up a dedicated hotline and email for sexual harassment complaints. During the grievance process, confidentiality is maintained, and the identity or any identifying information of the complainant will not be disclosed to protect their privacy. The results of the investigation will be communicated in writing to both the complainant and the respondent. If either party disagrees with the resolution, they may appeal to the company.

  • Our company is committed to providing a dignified and safe working environment for employees. We have established the Human Rights Management Guidelines to ensure that employees are not subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment based on race, gender, religion, age, political views, or any other condition protected by applicable laws.   • Additionally, the company has implemented the Sexual Harassment Prevention Management Guidelines and the Personnel Investigation Management Guidelines, providing employees with safe and confidential channels for filing complaints should such incidents arise.
